What happens when we have received a claim?
A case officer will review the claim. If we require more information, we will get in touch with the person who made the claim.When we are ready, we will notify your relative of how much compensation we will pay. Details of the decision will be sent by letter.
Submit a claim
A claim can be made using a form that can be filled in online. Print out the form and send it to Afa Försäkring, 106 27 Stockholm. Both the relative and the deceased's employer must sign the form.Always include the death certificate and relatives report, which can be ordered from the Swedish Tax Authority.The claim form is in Swedish.
